Minimizer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC.

Minimizer presents content from YouTube using your own YouTube session. Your use of that content remains subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service, and nothing here overrides them.

The apps are licensed, not sold, to you for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the apps or their content, nor attempt to extract the source code, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on them.

All intellectual property rights in the apps, including trademarks, logos, code, text, and media, remain the property of Vlasis Alexopoulos and its licensors.

Every feature of Minimizer is available to every user. The optional subscription exists to support continued development, and as a thank-you it removes advertising. No feature is reserved for subscribers, and none ever will be.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through Google Play. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. You can view, change or cancel a subscription at any time through the Google Play Store, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current period continues to its end.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency where Google Play supports it. We may change subscription prices in the future; existing subscribers are notified by Google Play before any change affects them, in accordance with Google’s policies.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s refund policy, since Google is the seller of record. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected by these terms. If Google is unable to help with a billing problem, contact us and we will do what we can.

Minimizer can prepare a video, audio track or thumbnail for you to save to your device. This is provided as a convenience for personal, private use, for example watching offline where you have no connection.

You are responsible for what you download and what you do with it. Content on YouTube belongs to its creators and rights holders. Downloading may not be permitted for all content, and redistributing, republishing, or making commercial use of downloaded material may infringe copyright. You agree to use the feature only where you have the right to do so, and to comply with applicable law and with YouTube’s Terms of Service.

The download service runs on our own infrastructure and costs money to operate. We may limit how many downloads can run at once, how frequently they can be requested, or the total load from one device, and we may suspend access for anyone who abuses it. Files prepared for you are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Downloads depend on services we do not control. We cannot guarantee that any particular video can be downloaded, and some content, for example age-restricted or otherwise protected videos, may not be available.

You agree not to:

• Use the apps or our services in any unlawful way, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to access our servers other than through the app as provided.
• Automate, script, or otherwise generate artificial load against our services.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security, integrity checks, or usage limits of the apps or our services.
• Redistribute a modified copy of the apps, or present them as your own.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements and for keeping it secure. Modifying the operating system, for example by rooting, may affect security, compatibility and functionality, and some features may not work on such devices.

Most features require an internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges your network operator applies, including while roaming. Downloads in particular can transfer large amounts of data; the app shows the size of each option before you choose.

The apps rely on third-party services that operate under their own terms:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics)
• Google AdMob, together with its advertising partners
• YouTube

The apps are available on Android. Requirements for supported devices or operating system versions may change over time, and you may need to install updates to keep using them. In some cases an update may be required, for example when a change outside our control would otherwise stop older versions working correctly.

We may update, pause, or discontinue the apps or parts of them at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice, but we do not guarantee ongoing availability of any particular feature.

The apps and this website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular needs. You use them at your own risk. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the law applying to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vlasis Alexopoulos will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the apps. In all cases our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or used the apps unlawfully or harmfully. You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them. Cancelling a subscription is done through Google Play, as described above.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the country where you live, and nothing here removes those rights.

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and the date below. Continuing to use the apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
